Weekly Photo / April 3, 2010

The Texas countryside is blooming with wildflowers this Spring.  The Winter rains and cold temperatures have brought forth the best crop of wildflowers in recent years.  The fields around Brenham are covered with Texas Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush.  Even though I received a fair number of insect bites while taking the photos, the result was worth it.
