The Rev. Samuel Cosby served as the chaplain of the 2010 Church Extension Fund Convention in Austin, Texas. The theme of this year’s conference was “Who is My Neighbor” Through study of the parable of  The Good Samaritan they discussed how to meet the spiritual and physical needs of our neighbors.
