Recently, the Houston Texans, in conjunction with the USO, hosted a ” BBQ throw down” for the troops. TV’s BBQ Pitmasters and local crews Pitts and Spits and the Texan Brew Crew competed for the best brisket, chicken and ribs. More than two hundred wounded, ill, and injured service members were treated to a barbecue meal. It’s always a pleasure to help the USO give a little back to those service members who have given so much.
